Ltd. said Thursday that it plans an initial public offering. The filing did not say what the expected share price will be or how much the company, based in Shanxi, China, intends to raise. It said it would use the proceeds to open additional stores in China and for working capital and general corporate purposes. The company expects to list its shares on the Nasdaq. Its ticker symbol has not been chosen. The company reported 2009 revenue of $58.9 million and net income of $6.2 million.
