| Trikes, jewelry, toys recalled Posted: 04 Oct 2010 01:04 AM PDT About 7 million children's tricycles have been recalled because they pose a risk of serious injury, including genital bleeding, if a child falls or sits on the plastic toy ignition key. Fisher-Price Trikes and Tough Trikes toddler tricycles, manufactured by Fisher-Price Inc. in Mexico, were sold at mass merchandise stores throughout the country from Jan. 1997 to Sept. 2010. Ten incidents with injuries have been reported; six girls ages 2 to 3 and required medical treatment. The 13 different styles of the trikes are: Girls Tough Trike, Kawasaki Trike, Kawasaki Tough Trikes with serial numbers N6021 and B8775, Barbie Tough Trike, Dora the Explorer Tough Trike, Diego Tough Trike, Barbie Tough Trike Princess Ride-on, Thomas Tough Trike, Hot Wheels Trike, Barbie Free Spirit Trike, Lil' Kawasaki Trike and Boys Tough Trike.
